What are the shipping costs within Germany?

We offer a flat shipping rate of €4.90 for orders within Germany. For orders exceeding €75.00, we provide free standard shipping via DHL.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery within Germany typically takes 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please use our online return portal to generate a shipping label.

Are Maileg toys safe for infants?

Safety is our priority. All our products are tested to meet European safety standards (EN-71). Specific age recommendations are listed on each product page.

How should I clean my Maileg plush items?

Most of our fabric friends can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C. We recommend placing them in a laundry bag to protect delicate details.
