At Maileg Germany, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if for any reason you are not, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized DHL or Deutsche Post location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
